Cabin Accommodation:

Six self contained Log Cabins are situated overlooking the beautiful beach of Hanson Bay. They all feature spectacular coastal views of the Southern Ocean. Each cabin is spotlessly clean and conains 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas. Featuring slate floors, wood fires, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and full linen. The main bedroom features a double bed and built-in robes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and robes, an extra bed or cot is available upon request.  

Hanson Bay Sanctuary and Cabin accommodation  is close to all major atractions at the Western end of Kangaroo Island. A short drive will take you to Flinders Chase National Park, Kelly Hill Caves, Seal Bay, Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks, Cape du Couedic and Cape Borda lighthouse.

Nocturnal Tours:

Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is the largest privately owned wildlife sanctuary on Kangaroo Island. Let one of our experienced tour guides take you on a  fully guided 90 min tour, observing the Koalas, Kangaroos, Wallabies,  Echidnas and Possums in their natural habitat and surroundings. Take in the sounds of the bush at night and observe the beautiful Southern Skies. Cabin guests receive 25% disc on tours.

Koala Walk:

Come and see 'Koalas in the Wild', Hanson Bay Sanctuary has the largest koala colony on the island,"Koalas Guaranteed". Very Close at times. Hanson Bay Sanctuary is renowned for its abundant wildlife and birdlife and attracts many thousands of visitors each year. FREE tickets to all cabin guests.
